"Programme working for me? I am 42lbs lighter, can you believe it! Also, my self worth is coming more from within rather than what others think of me. Thanks to The Food Philosophy I'm gaining inner strength, and losing the layers of fat that evolved from 'comfort' eating...I think I am beginning to find myself for the very first time."

"I've convinced myself that FP coach Sue doesn't really exist - she is a guardian angel who has been sent to correct the madness...I don't think its a coincidence that I now feel stronger and able to take on some massive and very difficult but exciting life changes - its like The Food Philosophy has revealed the power I have to live a freer, more real life..."Danni
"This programme has quite literally turned my life around in more ways than I could have imagined. I am a quiet, shy person who hates conflict or confrontation yet I'm now able to say quite clearly what is important to me and not just take what's being thrown at me. This programme gets to you at every angle! And I've now lost 3st as a bonus!"Margo
"It is already changing my life for the better. I am now far more comfortable with my choices about food and eating, and I am confident that I have the tools to help me overcome my eating disorder forever. The Food Philosophy is a road map that I will use for the rest of my life - it is already having far reaching consequences way beyond food and dieting and is improving aspects of my life that I had never previously considered were effected by my bulimia. The support and sharing from using the forums have been invaluable - I never would have made it this far without them." Tess
"Eating what you want does not mean weight gain, dieting most definitely does! i eat the most amazing things now that I never would have touched before because I thought I would have gained weight. I have a chocolate biscuit almost everyday and do not feel compelled to eat the whole packet. I have multi packs of crisps left in the cupboards that I bought weeks ago. I have chocolate in the fridge and ice cream in the freezer. I no longer dread going out with my mates or worry about what I'm going to wear. I'm more patient, relaxed and generally free from that low level stress of dieting and binging! Weight loss has been a wonderful side effect of this and it wasn't until I saw it as that that it began to fall off. So I would say it wasn't really a weight loss programme more a life building programme with weight loss just a bonus." Louise
